Back by popular demand, this playful, interactive workshop, hosted by MSU Academic Technology & Outreach and instructed by Cassandra Brown, explores how embodiment practices can transform the way you relate to the spaces you inhabit daily.

Drawing from a framework called Internal Architecture, which explores the body as a tool for systemic redesign, you will learn:
•Somatic techniques for noticing and understanding your relationship to a space
•Practices for sparking meaningful personal and environmental change
•How to redesign a room without touching a single wall
